MYSTERIOUS ISLAND

         Oh no!! I thought to myself as I heard the words "way back when I was a kid" from my grandpa. He was always talking about when he was in the war. He always told me a story about when he got transported to a remote island that no one knows about; however he never gave off its exact location. I believe that it is off the coast of Europe.
         He always said "It was a dark and stormy night when they transported me to that island, but no one but me got off the boat so I was confused. The first thing I did was get a shelter built, and then get food." I asked my pap the same question every time he told the story " why did they put you on that island." It was always the same answer "I don't know why they put me on the damned island kid now let me finish."  
         "I just got a shelter built when i heard giggling and I turned to see if anyone was there, but sadly there wasn't. I kept hearing that same giggling over the period that I was on that island. The island was full of children but they weren't just normal kids they were different. They had special powers not known to people without a power."
         "What kind of powers did they have pap?"
         "All different kinds like one could control water, and his name was Kevin, and another one that stood out was a little girl named Ivy who could make plants grow from nothing."
         "WOW I bet you that would be cool."
         I had to go to school the next day so my pap said he would tell me the story another time, and all I could think about the next day at school was the children, and how they lived, and who they lived with.
